Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Replacements:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- Replacements are subject to inspection and approval by the GemstonesDekho team.
- Damages caused by improper handling or neglect are not covered.
- The return must include the Original Product Certificate, Invoice (original or copy), packaging, lab certificates, and any other accompanying documentation or discount coupons.
Return Policy for Loose Gemstones:
- You can return loose gemstones within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the gemstone’s value, subject to meeting the above criteria.
- Please note: Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.
Return Policy for Customized Gemstone Jewelry:
- Custom-made jewelry (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) is non-returnable for a cash refund. However, you may request a store credit worth 75% of the invoice value within 10 days of delivery, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Cancellation Policy:
- For jewelry orders, a 25% deduction will be applied as making charges in case of cancellations.
- If the order cost exceeds 25% of the purchase price, the cancellation will be handled accordingly, deducting jewelry costs.
- For orders with paid certifications, the certification cost will also be deducted in case of cancellation.
Important Points to Note:
- Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.
- The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
- Payment gateway charges, where applicable, are non-refundable. The rates are as follows:
